Rich Murphey ported this last night and I'm trying it out this very
minute on rachel.ibmpcug.co.uk - now that we can .tar.Z whole
directories on fetching, we can delete a lot of the copies of
the packages available in /usr/local/src

Try it out and fetch a few packages you need that way - let us know
of any problems. So far it looks pretty good.

We'll be expanding rachel a lot now and making it a major site for
European ftp users.
