This message occurs when you don't have one of the "pieces" of a
soundcard configured in. You have to have both a digital audio
section and a synthesizer section or else you'll get this message.
If your soundcard doesn't have a synthesizer, you still need a dummy
opl0 compiled in just to placate the sound software.
