386bsd systems 'out of the box' are pretty insecure.  I've put COPS
up for ftp on rachel.ibmpcug.co.uk:/usr/local/src/cops - just fetch
the directory as a .tar.Z file, unpack it and run.  Everyone should
do this if their machine can be accessed by anyone else, either by
modem or internet.
