I don't see why this should be any different from installing on any other type of hard drive. I just booted and installed my Multia from an RZ25 image dd'd to a Jaz disk. (I'll probably be wiping that Jaz disk and making it bootable in the next few days. In the meantime I just doubled the number of cylinders and added an `e' partition to add an extra 420MB to store stuff.)
