Hello,

I have expirienced the following problem:

I ran make in order to compile ELM mailer on our 386BSD system
(20MHz SX, 4M RAM) and after a couple of seconds I had no response
at the terminal: no login was possible on our computer, information
on logged userc couldn't be obtained by finger @ etc. But I don't
know what happened to the system itself.

The problem seems to occur pretty often when I try to make something
during gcc compilation time.

Does anyone have a clue what I should do...?

Thanks,
Rade Zonjic,
