i assume that the current filesystem we have in the freebsd is not
too able to keep up with the speed needed for high-feed news server?

atleast this was told to me by someone who believes in xfs in sgi
machines...

he said that the news feed of about 7 articles a second is about too
much for freebsd's filesystem, a log filesystem would be required...

what is the truth?
