Or do you mean you want to route between interfaces, making the box a router? If the latter, then make sure your kernel has "iprouting" enabled (look in rc.local, on 2.1 there's a sysctl commented out for it). You then need to configure your router(s) or ask your provider to route 204.2.36.0/24 via 201.2.5.1.
