Daring to challenge the will of the almighty Leviam00se,
exuviae@trans-actions.com had the courage to say:

: Could anyone tell me how to send a message to another terminal,
: or send a system message to all users?? I have been looking for
: this answer for a while.

: Thanks in advance

Log in, become root, then use wall(1) to send a message to all
locally logged in users. To send a message to other hosts, use rwall(1).
Note that remote machines must have the rwalld RPC server registered
in order for this to work. See /etc/inetd.conf for details.
