When I first install the system, the /tmp directory contains the file
extract and I can use it. I know /tmp gets wiped after a reboot so I
moved the file into /bin and then tried to use it on one of the
distributions and got errors. The errors were:

              File etc01.00 - missing
              File etc01.01 - missing
              File etc01.02 - missing
              ...

extract: Could not complete extraction process blah, blah...

What is with this thing? Any help appreciated.
