The command '[' is located in /usr/bin (I think... this is where it
is on my SunOS box)... It is generally the same file as 'test'...

It sounds to me like /usr is not getting mounted correctly, or
/usr/bin has been corrupted... Or possibly the shell script
executing '[' has the path set incorrectly...
