Date: 13 Nov 1996 14:55:20 -0800 Organization: Forte Recreations Lines: 21 Message-ID: <56djko$m1m@forte.heathen.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: localhost.heathen.com I am about to get a notebook and I have been very impressed by what I have seen of HP's offering, the omnibook. I especially like the light weight, the pop-out mouse, and the instant-on feature. Has anyone tried to get FBSD running on one of these machines? Are there any compatibility problems, with the mouse or the instant on feature? How does FBSD handle being suspended and then resumed at a later time? I plan to run in dual boot mode, Win95 and FBSD. Or, does anyone have any other recomendations for a lightweight subnotebook to run FBSD on?
