I got the AcceleratedX Server from XInside from them, which had a bug with the Matrox Millenium. One week after they (Onsite) became aware of the problem, they weren't distributing it anymore and did not have anybody who knew anythind about the product (before, they had). And the managers (all of them) are in conference all day everyday or out-of-house. that's customer-orientation, is it not?
