I was looking for some recommendations on the best 4GB Wide SCSI to use
with FBSD. I currently have an Adaptech 2940UW PCI controller and a PP
200
machine. I see IBM (DRFS-W), Fujitsu (2934), Segate (Barracuda) and
Quantum
(Atlas) drives as choices. I once had a Quantam and sent it back because
of
a built-in limit on the throughput rate due to the clock speed on my
bus, but
that was a while back. I am looking for a dependable and quiet drive
with read/write
avg access in the 8-10 ms range.

Thank's in advance.
-Ron
