I currently have an Adaptech 2940UW PCI controller and a PP 200 machine. I see IBM (DRFS-W), Fujitsu (2934), Segate (Barracuda) and Quantum (Atlas) drives as choices. I once had a Quantam and sent it back because of a built-in limit on the throughput rate due to the clock speed on my bus, but that was a while back. I am looking for a dependable and quiet drive with read/write avg access in the 8-10 ms range. Thank's in advance. -Ron -- **************************************************************************** Ron Bolin rlb@mindspring.com, http://www.mindspring.com/~rlb/ GSU: gs01rlb@panther.gsu.edu matrlbx@indigo4.cs.gsu.edu Home: 770-992-8877 ****************************************************************************
