I have heard that Pinacle Micro uses a command sequence that differs much from the one implemented in FreeBSD's worm driver. Hence, it will certainly be quite a little more than a weekend-project. :) There used to be one who's already got this in the queue, but i eventually forgot his name. Ask on the mailinglists for him (or search in the mailinglist archive for `Pinacle' -- include `hackers' and `scsi'). > I think you're looking for the od driver Nope, that one's for MO disks. :) The `worm' driver is basically what handles CD-R drives. By now, only HP, Philips, and Plasmon models. -- cheers, J"org joerg_wunsch@uriah.heep.sax.de -- http://www.sax.de/~joerg/ -- NIC: JW11-RIPE Never trust an operating system you don't have sources for. ;-)
