OK so I Bought the Walnut Creek FreeBSD Crdom. and installed it with very few problems. My first problem was when it wen to install Emacs and it said it had a error. Has anyone else had this? the second problem that if solved will allow me to just d/l emacs and compile it on my system is setting up PPP. looking at the freebsd web page it goes on about installing it using Kermit well Kermit isn't on the cdrom and thus isn't installed. thus my problem is there another way simple to set up a PPP connection to my provider? If you can email me in private also ;). -skinner
