Send complaints to postmaster@domain and postmaster@service-provider. If you don't get any joy continue up the `ISP chain' until you get to one of the big guys. MCI (for example) takes a very VERY dim view of internet abuse and if the people directly responsible aren't willing to take action, and they have a link to MCI, it'll be disconnected. The key is to find out the right contact addresses to complain to. postmaster@domain and abuse@domain are good starts, although in PSI's case it seems to be net-abuse@psi.net (I think), just to be awkward. Gary (who isn't sure what this has to do with FreeBSD, but never mind)
