Any suggestions appreciated : (or an ls -laR of an anon-ftp directory would allow me to see if I've : got perms, etc set up right). You are 100% right on the dot. The same stuff drove me totally fruity. I ended up recompiling ls statically from the bsd4.4 lite distribution. Also because of other reasons I just had an ftp daemon running for every (virtual) interface to really accomplish several non-anonymous user accounts and directories. Just contact me for further information ( by next week ). regards, Rob kouwenberg -- [ robk@stack.urc.tue.nl,Gr.Adolfstraat86,5616BX,Eindhoven,The Netherlands ]
