Man, I think you have no idea how few problems BSD systems have to
detect ethernet cards. Compared to those junk Linux distributions with
broken tulip drivers, hanging ne2000 detects and missingmodules you
can do much better without even reaching *BSD.

Be assured, the majority of NetBSD users just want a terminal window
and no Xdm by default. Not to speak of Wabi.

Your behaviour could be improved, too. If you continue to post these
spam, I will make sure that Caldera recognizes what their "partner"
does. Should they decide to ignore me we'll have to see what Caldera
think of an upset usenet Linux community. After all, they sell a
product build by the same people you decided to piss off.
