I am in search of information on installing a tape drive in the bsd unix
kernel.
1. I installed the tape drive and booted the system up.
2. The kernel saw the tape drive and it is usable with tar, however if I
try to do a dump (there is no block device for the tape drive). I
created a block device for the tape drive, however it can not open the
device.
3. If someone can send me a location to check for information on BSD
Unix I would greatly appreciate it.
