A few comments:

Caldera has been notified and they issued a public apology for this
posting. They claimed that they have contacted this Reginald Burgess
character and issued a "cease and desist" warning about these
postings; they also say they will furnish all of their vendors with a
set of Usenet etiquette guidelines.

I have no relation to Caldera and have never purchased any of their
products, but they seem to have been responsive and helpful in this
matter. This is especially true given that this guy isn't a part of
their business and they can't be expected to control his behavior.
Let's drop this one and get back to the regularly scheduled NetBSD talk.

(I am a satisfied NetBSD and Red Hat Linux user)
(Followups to comp.os.linux.advocacy, please)

Cordially,

  Sumner
