Win95's Internet Explorer didn't like it - even though it had a "box" to
configure it.  Lots of apps didn't use the WINSOCK stuff properly either -
hence, sockscap didn't work.  It may be "simple", it's just not functional
without the support from Windows etc. - and Windows just can't get this sort
of thing right.

I've picked up Charles' ppp+Alias stuff - works perfectly.  The only comment
I have is that it's not switch-on-and-off-able :)
