If there are any other groups I've missed then let me know. I think there are two options for co-ordinating effort in each group. We could use the mud which julian is going to place on ref.tfs.com or we can set up mailing lists for each group. I think the second option should be the preferred since access to ref.tfs.com is very slow from the uk but the mud should be available as an interactive forum as well. The idea of this list will be that if you're are thinking of working on something, you can check with the relevant group to see if it's already been done or if there are other people already working on it. It should prevent any more duplicated effort.
