	I have been trying a terminal adapter (I live in Spain).

	Probably you need a terminal adapter that does async-PPP to
sync PPP conversion. I'm about to buy a ZyXel OMNI128 terminal adapter.
You should check with your service provider which protocol they use over
ISDN.
