This is correct although you could probably do with another line (for
tidyness) saying
134.245.247.21 127.0.0.1 UH 0 0 lo0
so that packets destined from you to you are looped back.

Did your IP change ? Make sure you've got a /etc/ppp/ppp.linkup entry that
says
delete ALL
add 0 0 HISADDR
so that ppp rewrites the default route after you've been assigned an IP.
