I can't find the GDB man pages, just the first page.  I have done a
makeinfo to regenerate the info pages, but the version string is
missing, as well as a few sections.  Any quick pointers on how to
regenerate them? Where did the man pages go?  I did do a make world at
one point, this could have blown them away...
