Hello !!

NW> I want to install FreeBSD and I have access to versions 2.1.5, 2.1.6,
NW> 2.2, and some others. I have some experience with Slackware Linux,
NW> and I was wondering if I am supposed to download from the ftp
 NW> server "ftp.cdrom.com/.16/FreeBSD/2.1.6-RELEASE/bin" directory or
NW> where I am supposed to download from to get as much of FreeBSD as I
NW> can. If its alot can anyone tell me what to download for each part of
NW> FreeBSD. I am aiming to download from version 2.1.6. If there is a
NW> reason why I should change versions, please tell me. Thanks -- "We
NW> are the rats in the holes of the world."

If you have a PPP style Internet Connection or better, you can install it over
the net.. All you need is the Boot Floppy..

I did it twice so far with version 2.1.6.. It worked great..

John
