I currently work for an ISP and we are creating another machine we wish to have as a back up server. I know that in Novell you can mirror the server in case something happens the other server steps in and takes control of the network services. I was wondering if such a beast exists with bsdi. I want the /usr directory continuosly updated as the directories change. We can add a dedicated network card for this process but we need to know if it can be done and wher to look for this information. Also please note that the /usr directory does not change too often because most people use just their PPP account and access their mail that way. We are currently running bsdi v. 2.1 Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Harold J.
