Simply, I would like to know what is the simplest way to add the
functionality of having the current date and a counter (counting hits)
to pages served by the BSDI Web Server (Apache). I guess some
preprocessor is needed? I am not looking for anything fancier than
this at this time. Of course, this scheme should support virtual domains
such that counters are incremented separately for each domain.

Thanks in advance for any help.
