I installed FreeBSD 2.1 but the XFree Ati Mach64 server doesn't work.
I know there is a problem with newer vga's (a friend of mine had the
same problem with Linux, but using an old Mach64 VGA all works well).
I'd like to know if there is a new release of XFree Mach64 server
working well with all kind of Mach64. Now I'm using the SVga server
and it works fine... I had some problems... the screen was splitted in
some stripes, the same problem I had with some Dos programs using vesa
modes... may be some memory addressing problem.
I'm waiting for an answer.
Thank you.
Bye!
