Date: 7 Dec 1996 22:23:21 -0000 Organization: The Bath Room Lines: 14 Message-ID: <58cqop$elc@skate.demon.co.uk> NNTP-Posting-Host: skate.demon.co.uk X-NNTP-Posting-Host: skate.demon.co.uk X-Newsreader: Brian's News Reader V0.10 [NetBSD] Hello, I downloaded leafnode-1.0 from ftp.troll.no (leafnode is a small news system for a small site, sounds just great!) but am having a bit of difficulty getting it going from my suppliers newsfeed - are there any other NetBSD users using it? the specific problem that I'm having is, it connects to their news server, lists all the newsgroups and dumps core before saving it to disk - the next time it works just fine, except that there are no newsgroups that it knows about.. now, if I frob its working files to make it know about some newsgroups, it seems to work fine with those. I was wondering if there was some problem with the size of the newsgroup list, demon take all newsgroups and the active file is 900k.. iain
