The biggest clue comes when you do a 'tickadj': gamera# /usr/local/bin/tickadj -t 9999 -a 5 -s No dosynctodr kernal variable Apparently there is no 'adjustment' variable in the kernel that xntpd can use. I've compiled xntpd using the standard configure script and it makes very cleanly. Is this something that just simply will need a kernel patch and/or a recompile or what? -- > Robert Sink (PGP key available via fingering this account) -> sinkr@universe.digex.net --> I wonder what kind of effect a deer-shaped mailbox would have on motorists?
