FreeBSD's login does this if compiled with -DLOGALL.  (It logs them at
LOG_INFO level so the actual syslog.conf determines whether this
appears in a log file or not.)

Should you fail to get any solution on BSD/OS, i assume it's rather
painless to compile FreeBSD's login program there.
