Problem Fixed in 2.2-Alpha release  ( i`m running that right now on
identical machine )

Workaround  in rc.local do 

Xinit XXX 

where XXX should NOT be an existing command ( Starts X and dies )
Or during boot press numlock a couple of times ( Dont ask me Whyyy )
