Try 'archie' to find a site near to you. If you don't have success (access???) drop me a note and I will mail it to you (I don't remember where I got my copy from, sorry). Or better yet, use the XFree86 server to find out the dot clock values: xinit >& xinit.out then either 1. pick mode lines from /usr/X386/lib/X11/etc/modeDB.txt or 2. use the xclk program on agate.berkeley.edu in /pub/386BSD/0.1-ports/XFree86 to generate a mode line for your monitor given the Horizontal freq. and bandwidth.
