I've been very happy with Emulex print servers. A particular strength is that they seem to understand many more protocols that most other print servers. They are slightly more expensive, but most can drive 2-3 printers, instead of just one. The Unix support is very good. They give you source and aren't restricted to just a few commercial Unix's. Probably would work with any Unix that can talk IP. We are driving an Emulex with 6 different Unix's, Win 3.1 and Win NT. Cheers, Dan Ts'o dantso@cris.com
