(The card works OK under DOS.) I had this exact same problem. The solution is that The SoundBlaster 16 does not like IRQ sharing. In your previous post, you showed the conflict verb in your configuration. The SB card MUST have an IRQ of it's own. Once I did that, it has worked flawlessly. -- John A.
