I sent my order in via e-mail to

and requested one BSD Daemon Plushie.

The price, including shipping & handling, was USD 50 for
cheapest (5 weeks) shipping method.  You may want to send
e-mail to verify costs first.
 
BTW, my wife (who uses a FreeBSD box daily) thinks it's one of the
best presents I've ever gotten her. :)
