Everything can be done from the WFW box. You need a TCP stack for WFW. Once you've got that, put NetBIOS on top for disk & printer access (via samba) and you should be able to find an email package out there that will "pop" your mail (using IP) via popper. This sort of thing is a lot easier with Win95 'cos all the TCP & NetBIOS on TCP stuff comes as standard. Also, M$s mailnews.exe & IE packages will do the rest for you. As far as the transparent stuff is concerned, it depends on what you've got your FreeBSD box plugged into. If it's a serial ISP connection, the upcoming ppp with -alias support is your man. If it's a direct connection, you may want to try socks5 or ipfilter(NAT). -- Brian <brian@awfulhak.demon.co.uk>, <brian@freebsd.org> <http://www.awfulhak.demon.co.uk/> Don't _EVER_ lose your sense of humour....
