While I was going through the process of installing BSD I discovered that if I have to reinstall windows after BSD, windows will mess up the boot manager. (ie. I no longer have the option at start-up to boot BSD) This was not a problem at the time because I could simply re-install BSD. However, now that I am using BSD I would not want this to happen in the future. Surely there must be a way to rectify the damage that the windows setup does. Any help would be appreciated.
