There is a tremendous difference -- "news.groups" is a newsgroup that you would have known had you read the "Newsgroups" line above. Please pay attention before replying. As this is for some reason still crossposted to comp.unix.advocacy, which I do read, I saw it... As to your other comments, it may well be that on the public OpenBSD list, Theo didn't display a lot of unkindness. I know he at least tried to on the NetBSD lists and certainly did in private e-mail to me.
