yawn. I don't give a rat's _ass_ about the language. I just prefer things to
work properly. If possible, it should be designed well. Anybody can write
really stupid code and dress it up in a nice box and sell it to the masses.

If less people were concerned with the "appearance" of something striking
them as "professional" and more were impressed with actual quality, we'd all
be in much better shape.

Are you easily impressed by somebody in a nice suit? Do you buy things
because the advertising campaign is clever? Do you buy the most expensive
model because "if it costs more, it _must_ be better"? If so, I guess Linux
just doesn't fit your requirements. The next time somebody says something
like "its just not professional" I'm going to scream.

Really, the bottom line is that the ufs code doesn't quite work on all
the various things I've tried to mount with it. Eventually, I'm sure
it will. Whether it contains bad languange is irrelevent. Hey people,
its just _words_.

In the meantime, Linus _was_ forced to _waste_ his time describing a
"policy" about "obscene" code being included in the kernel. Happy now?
Wouldn't you rather he fixed a nasty vm bug or something actually relevant?
Unbelievable.
