This entire topic may or may not be indicative of the orientation and motivation of the two groups. The short answer for me is that I would never put something like this into operation at a customer site. My time and reputation are too valuable to me to allow this nonsense to color a customer's view of my competence. It's alright in a toy, but not for a business tool.
