You aren't speaking about FreeBSD.  There's no /dev/tty007 in FreeBSD,
and while we have lp(1), it's simply a wrapper around lpr(1), sitting
there to satisfy Posix.2 requirements.

Sorry, we are probably unable to solve your problem with another UNIX
system.  You should also note that lp and lpd on SysV systems are
mutually exclusive, and use a totally different setup.
