(Oh, during the boot, icbs seemed to load ok with the coff and socksys drivers recognized and installed). I then tried running ./wpinstall, but encountered some errors. First, i was told that "/dev/ipx: no such device or address" (which makes sense because this computer is not on network) and finally that the install program could not open my display. I tried "export DISPLAY=helios(what i changed the name of localhost to...):0"; the ipx message disappeared, but i was told that the program still could not open the display. I also tried "export DISPLAY=helios:0.0 without luck). If it matters, i am running freebsd 2.1.5. I would like to get this program working, and would greatly appreciate any response. -- =---------=----------------------------------------=---------= | ((___)) | "You can tune a file system, but you | ((___)) | | [ x x ] | can't tune a fish." -tunefs man page | [ x x ] | | \ / =----------------------------------------= \ / | | (' ') | John Szumowski - harpo@javanet.com | (' ') | | (U) =----------------------------------------= (U) | =---------= =---------=
