I have just installed FreeBSD 2.2beta (but I don't think the problem
is necessarily with the betaness of the code), and I am trying to
mount some partitions from a Solaris (2.4 and 2.5) file server.

Our file servers are actually on multiple networks. If I mount the
file system from the directly connected network, it works just fine.
But if I mount it from one of the other networks, the mount hangs. My
routing seems to be fine, and I have no problem mounting file systems
from SunOS file servers on different networks.

I would graciously accept any hints.
