I don't agree... I managed to install NetBSD 1.2 on a jaz cartridge in a couple of days in my spare time. All I needed was the Install doc and some FAQ file easily found on the net (always search for FAQs). I rebuilt the kernel and installed X11 without probs. I'm not an UNIX expert although I have some general knowledge about computer systems.
