There is apparently some sort of linux load sharing routing SW called EQL 
that I was told about by a #freebsd regular... If someone could work on 
doing an equivalent thing, I'd be into helping out...

However, it doesn't quite sound feasable to do with Dynamic IP accounts...
And it also doesn't quite sound feasable unless your ISP will set it up 
to provide you with something like this... it sounds like you'd need to 
write some custom software to run on a machine rather than a portmaster 
style device...
