It hasn't shipped.  I have absolutely no idea when it will ship, so
please don't ask.  Maybe January, maybe February, maybe not at all since
if it gets delayed much longer, I'm simply going to ask Walnut Creek
CDROM to kill it.  4 months after network release is simply too long,
and 2.2 will be out by then.
