Be careful, apsfilter is an *input* filter (only works with jobs local to the
print host).

What is it you wish to be able to do? If all you need is to print jobs that
are properly formatted for the HP DJ400 (not plain ascii or postscript), then
you shouldn't need a "filter", just a simple printcap entry, i.e.:

	hpdj400|DeskJet:\
        	:lp=/dev/lpt0:sd=/var/spool/hpdj400:mx#0

You should need a filter only if you need to convert output formats (plain
ASCII or PostScript for example).
