I got my sound card to work, but noticed that when I play sounds, either
cat foo.au > /dev/audio or playing a MOD via s3mod program, I get a message
"Soundcard: Sequencer not initialized".

How can I fix this?

Soundcard is Pro Audio Spectrum 16.
